Processing Time
Each order is prepared with care and intention. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Flat rate shipping is currently $10. Additional costs will be added if the order exceeds the flat rate.

Packaging & Handling
Your crystals and other site items are packaged with care. Each item is cleansed and securely wrapped to ensure it arrives safely and grounded.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping details before completing your order (Apartment, zip code, Building number etc.). We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control, but we will always provide support where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
